The brief

One business, two problems.

Market Vendr distributes products on behalf of a network of suppliers, and needed two things to grow: a website that explained what they do and made them easy to find, and a way for their suppliers to get them accurate product information without it getting lost in inboxes and spreadsheets.

We built both as one connected system: a front-facing site for the business, and a private dashboard behind it for the day-to-day work of managing suppliers and their products.

What we built

The website,
and the engine behind it.

Two pieces, designed to work together from day one.

The public website

A modern, responsive site that gives Market Vendr a proper shop window, covering who they are, what they do, and how to get in touch, built so it's easy to extend as the business grows.

  • Home, About, Services and Contact pages, plus a dedicated B2B login for business clients
  • Built with React, with a clean component structure so new pages and sections are quick to add
  • Fully responsive, with smooth animation and a consistent visual identity throughout

The admin & client dashboard

A private dashboard, separate from the public site, where Market Vendr's team manages vendors, and where their clients log in to submit their own product details directly.

  • Secure login with separate Admin and "Vendr" (client) views from the same screen
  • Clients complete a one-time company setup, then add and manage their own products and SKUs
  • Product details, pricing, packaging specs and label artwork are all submitted in one structured form
  • Bulk product import via spreadsheet, using a template the Market Vendr team controls
  • Backed by Supabase, with each client only ever able to see and edit their own data

The result

Product information that arrives ready to use.

Before, getting a new supplier's products listed meant chasing details over email and re-typing them by hand. Now, a client logs into their own portal, fills in their product and packaging details once, uploads their label artwork, and submits it. It lands with the Market Vendr team already structured and ready to action.

The two systems share one consistent brand, but stay cleanly separated: the website is the front door for new business, and the dashboard is where the operational work actually happens.
